Due to the digital nature of our products (AI-generated images and credit packages) and the immediate costs incurred for GPU processing,all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

• Technical Errors: If a technical error prevented you from receiving the credits you purchased or prevented the service from functioning entirely.
